He was found guilty

I have followed this case since day 1. However, this is the first time I learned that Kelly was employed by a chef as a nanny. And why can't her co-workers at Lululemon answer the reporter's questions? Why all the hush hush? Just one more mystery within another.

In order for him to go through a toll booth, he'd have to cross over the state line into Illinois. Since that's where Kelly's from I doubt highly he went in that direction. Since the lake is east, if he traveled to dispose it was probably north and/or west.

I couldn't link to this so I went to the Fox6 site. The story says it has been confirmed that Kelly's family has been notified that a body was found.

As to the additional time: apparently the prosecution surprised the defense with an expert's report regarding the computer. Now the defense wants additional time to get their own expert to review same.
