They do have the funding. They have had major contributions that have been made. Yesterday, they had their side scanning sonar experts in Indiana trying to locate a missing man from 2 years ago.
That was when Justice for Nevaeh was running the search show. They have their sonar specialists in Indiana today doing side scanning sonar for a missing man from 2 years ago (it's on their TES site). Sure wouldn't hurt to give a call if they're close by.
FYI- The Ohio Chapter has the same resources that Texas does. TX would need to be contacted and then they would give the information to the Ohio Chapter Director.
I hope so too. I hope that TES has been contacted by famil or law enforcement so that they can have an actual search where their members are called out.

I checked the TES website and could not find anything on it regarding Baby Elaina. I believe they must be contacted by the missing persons famly and/or law enforcement in order for them to sanction a TES search. This is all coming from everything I have read on their website and their Facebook...
Just a thought here, but if searches conducted by PD are being held off, then a family member can contact Texas Equusearch. Most Ohio Chapter members are in the Cincinnati area, but I know that they do travel.
