I totally agree. ...... i reckon he was a person of interest or suspect on the 88' case. Either a neighbour or someone of interest during enquires

If he pleads not guilty, i reckon they'll use police incompetence and mistakes as a defense. But hopefully the cops have heaps of evidence as well as the D.N.A to make a good case.
