    Trial day 53: REBUTTAL; #162

respectfully snipped ;) Does anyone know if Geffner plans to interview JA and form an opinion from this proven liar? I just don't understand what the defense is thinking and how coming into this trial cold is going to prove. IMO DeMarte does not have to be an expert in DV to diagnose BPD.

Did they show this on their local news? Say it isn't so.

She admitted on the stand that she came up with that story because Det. Flores mentioned that it looked like the work of at least two people

No emotion at all, just matter of fact affect. This question always bothered me because we would not do what the juror asked her to do which was use her finger to diagram what happened that day. She would not touch the screen or even focus on the layout. Just talked with her hands, facing the jury.

Exactly! One of the symptoms is taking no responsibility for your actions-IT'S ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT.

And she testified she could not hold a job because she and TA would be together at night or consistently on the phone at all hours. With over 83,000 pieces of correspondence between her and TA that doesn't leave one a whole lot of time to make a living. I wonder what she made when she claimed...

I remember hearing that as well from Beth Karas. It was suspected that she stole all of the cash Travis had available in the house. She makes mention during the interrogation that Travis kept his cash in his pants pocket when she was saying her money was stolen by the ninja's. I found that to...

a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #8

We saw Jimmy Hoffa.. Isn't this the most ridiculous thing anyone has ever heard? My goodness, when is this ever going to end and give the Alexander family some peace to grieve properly?!

Jodi Arias Legal Question and Answer Thread *no discussion*

I don't know if this has been asked but would like your opinion... From the posts I'm seeing, the matter of ALV approaching TA sister in the courtroom was handled already. With that in mind, can ALV be "in trouble", on Tuesday if she told the parties in chambers she had "no idea" she was not...

Well that is 3 computers. My desktop totally crashed today and was forced to use laptop to follow trial while trying to work. I am worried that something serious infected all of us and hoping the laptop doesn't go down next. Did they give you all a diagnoses yet?

I think you are right about Judge being over the bs. Did anyone else see the close-up of judge roll her eyes during one of her answers?

Well I think it's safe to say the Jury doesn't think very highly of ALV. They are very observant of her facial expressions and clearly are taking note of everything JA and DT are doing at that table as well...GOOD FOR THEM!:great:

I've been worried about the lip-readers all day....Knowing the defense and their daily motions for mistrial.. This could be a legitimate reason IMO

I'm not saying she's a 🤬🤬🤬🤬, I'm just saying she's been on more wieners than ketsup. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: I'm with you, no shades of gray here either, in fact I lean more toward you're guilty until you can prove you innocent..Isn't that terrible of me? Sassymom, I want you to...
