I saw that she had been checked, AND the hospital staff cleaned the unexplained blood off of her and took care of her. Such a huge red flag. IMO.

My guess is that one of the baby's two regular visitors, Clarisa and Piotr, exhibited behavior that alarmed hospital staff.
