Agreed. We already know that at least a few people posting here have engaged in pretty much everything Jodi and Travis did. It's a bit troubling to read some of the judgmental comments flying around.

This is my experience only but I was a juror on a murder trial and one day realized the judge was trying to get my attention. Turned out he wanted me to nudge the juror next to me because he was sleeping! Nothing else was mentioned of it so I think it must happen from time to time.

ETA for TMI removal. Ahem, anyway, do we know for sure that the defense only wanted to submit portions? I recall in opening statements that they said they were going to play the parts about them talking about marrying other people and the Cancun trip, which were normal sounding interactions.

I agree with this. I recently had a memory card get corrupted and only the photos could be recovered. I was bummed because it was video from a Hawaii vacation but there was no way to recover the video.
