It doesn't say there was non-movement; just no steps. Do you have any idea about the 2 floor elevation?
I am more unsure that he's the killer than I am sure that he is.
All of these meters happened before Brad Weber arrived.
2:08 pm – 2:18 pm – 414.38 meters 1,359' (NO Steps from 2:08 to 2:25)
Also, there is nothing at all recorded between 2:18 and 2:25.
Brad passed through at 2:30 during this time frame, which I think is possibly the creek crossing, up the...
Cecil's step counter doesn't work for me. I don't understand the GPS geolocating near the school. The 1:31 timeframe definitely doesn't work. I added the feet (in red) based on the meters traveled. Then I enlarged Google maps to measure the feet from the Mears parking to the end of the bridge...
I've been puzzling over Cecil's step counter information.
This is an interesting (IMO) study on the iPhone Health apps:
The iPhone Health App from a forensic perspective: can steps and distances registered during walking and running be used as digital evidence...
I guess they thought the Odin report was strong enough for 3rd party. We can make our own judgement calls if/when we finally get to see what's in it. The second set of attys took it seriously, too. IMO
I wonder about this guy and the car Brad Heath testified to seeing parked along the road. I wonder if they ever looked for the owner of that one.
{quotes from the article:
"Living off a secluded country road with only a few neighbors, Liebert said she noticed a man she'd never seen before...
KAK was in prison on other charges, thoroughly investigated regarding Delphi (wasn''t he?) and as you said, clearly not BG. Nick's case: RA = BG = Killer. Why would the judge let that in?
Thanks, I'll check them out. I heard about Joyner but Sterling is new to me.
I tried to dig up some stats on how many judges allow 3rd party stuff and came up empty.
The fence I'm on is this: If it's solid nexus (DNA or whatever), then the State would have already looked into/taken care of it...
I've admitted I don't understand this at all.
Can you give me actual examples of admissible 3rd party evidence?
Also from your link (how does evidence mislead the jury?):
[snip]
“The Court will not permit the evidence submitted by the defense in support of their arguments regarding third-party...
I knew where I was going with that lol. The MS transcript of the juror interview was on my mind when I wrote it. I should have said something like: With any 3rd party mention in front of the jury ruled out by the judge, the jury was left with no answer to the question: "If not RA, then who?"...
You fully understand the first part of what I'm saying.
The other part: That wasn't my thought but I highly doubt that question would have been addressed. Thanks for asking about that, though, because I didn't word that well.
