Found Deceased WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #67

Is anyone able to clarify, whether Rose is the only person who has mentioned BL hearing voices? I wonder if BL told GP he heard voices while Rose was present in order to open up the possibility of an alibi in the event of a future murder trial, and whether this may indicate that he was already...

Yes, and a warning to the community that emotional abuse can sometimes end suddenly and unexpectedly - in murder.

    The Verdict Waiting Room #2

Regarding OW supporting her brother before - and possibly after - the verdict ... If she is a Christian she has an obligation to 'visit the prisoner' - as do all Christians - and this applies even more so to one's own family members. Guilty or not, visiting the prisoner, according to the...

    The Verdict Waiting Room

I thought they may have reached a verdict late yesterday, but kept it for this morning. Thank you all for being here over the past two years. I can't imagine how difficult it would have been to follow this case without you all. Not only has it been good to focus together on seeking justice...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

Perhaps Allison had done her nails, but the polish wore off when exposed to the elements for eleven days.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

I am still convinced that Gerard had scouted around the local area - prior to the 19th of April 2012 - to find the best spot to dispose of a body. It seems unlikely that he would have discovered such a suitable spot in the middle of the night, and straight after murdering his wife. How...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

Fuller's argument for INTENT was very convincing, I thought.

Yes, guilty for me, too. I said so even before GBC got on the stand.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 9th July - Trial Day 17

This is new to me, I have only read that Gerard said something like, 'just tell the truth.' I think, 'yes or no' indicates evasiveness and deception.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 8th July - Trial Day 16

Also interesting that Allison writes that she did not want to go overseas with him. She wanted to change her career and be famous - presumably with her dancing? My guess is that GBC began, very early on, to bully Allison into compliance with his demands, standards, expectations, dreams and...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 8th July - Trial Day 16

Allison's diary entry saying, 'maybe I am still harbouring regrets about getting married ... ' is very telling. It seems to me that deep down she realised from early after the 'ceremony' that the Baden-Clay product was not all it had made itself out to be. How terribly sad.
