I don't understand why BR is just suing Dr. Spitz. There were others involved in the CBS showing.

What just astonished me was the picture of the family with JB sitting on JR lap (JB has on the black and white checkered dress with the red collar) and PR next to them but BR is standing in the back of PR.. How BR is not part of the family but looking in.

I am starting to think that all this may have been a terrible accident followed up by a cover up. Maybe Patsy or John find the kids down stairs, they are exhausted and angry and screaming. Someone grabs the flashlight and accidentally hits JonBenet in the head. The cover up begins.

I am curious about the suitcase. Cause unless it was made of steel how would an adult holding a child not break the suitcase? Common sense it was placed there for part of the cover up.

Question: Where was the flashlight normally kept? What was the routine of JonBenet when she wet the bed? Did she wake up Patsy to make a clean up and clean up JonBenet with clean panties and nightgown? Was JonBenet found with clean underwear and clean nightgown and did she have any urine on...

Question: Was the flashlight found to have no fingerprints on it?

Question: I know JonB wet the bed that night but was she still wearing her nightgown with the urine on it or did she have a new gown on when found?
