Regarding security, we know CK had a team close to him. How hard would it be for a security team to have a drone overhead monitoring far away places for potential threats?

It could be something other than the death penalty. IMO it was only a matter of time before a whole platoon of armed police officers tracked down TR. Maybe his dad figured it would be best to turn him in vs a suicide by cop situation? Police tread pretty lightly when a perp has already killed...
