I was wondering how the prosecution was going to introduce the videos for the jury, Mr. Boyd has been a superior witness for that, very clear, knowledgeable about the farm and its operations, equipment, etc., and really helpful for the jury to understand what Warner was up to in them.

Just finished watching it, so glad the judge listed all of the reasons she would not go with the recommendation of time served and instead gave her the maximum she could for the charge JPM bargained for. A very well deserved sentence!

Yes, the habeas trial was scheduled for Jan. 5, Jan. 9, and Jan. 16.

I think he thought that 'nudged and fell out of bed' would account for her "broken teeth" if they'd ever found her remains. I think he hit her in the face/mouth with something and once disabled, strangled or used that knife.

Isn't it just after 3:00 p.m. in Mass now? I think the debate will be between Murder 1 and Murder 2, and that may take a bit for them to come together on. I'll be satisfied with either.

Yes, I was quite dispirited when she said she would be doing closings, the other DA is so much more direct, organized and efficient. At least it's only 45 minutes and not half the day. Though I do expect Tipton to argue again in the morning and delay things a bit, he's just so desperate for CW...

Yes, that's what he initially told them, but at trial she was supposed to have died in bed, I can see why he isn't testifying, how would he answer that believably before the jury? He probably doubts he's quite that good of a liar.

Yes, she covers all the bases, I've seen her in one or two other trials, she's very exacting, I like her quite a lot.

If she died naturally in bed, why were her jacket and boots in his murder disposal bags?
