I believe that was stated in this filing before the first trial, it's 49 pages long so I'm not going to look for it lol but I remember reading that in a filing early on.

I 'think' it was KerriR who testified in this trial that she was outside the cop car when KR supposedly asked JMc to google how long to die in the cold and KerriR never heard it. I think the recording was in the vehicle they came to 1M in (JMc's or KerriR's, I don't recall which).
She is admitting Dr. Wolfe's and IIRC it is very similar to Dr. Rentschler's, so at least there's that.
I am glad she said she's "think about" giving a stronger admonishment about Brennan's "mistake" of insinuating the cuts to the back of the hoodie were damage caused my the (nonexistent)...
Well mzmarymac will be just gobsmacked when she learns that all evidence in this (and every other trial) is viewed "in the light most favorable" to the CW/state. It seems to be of little use to a defendant to be considered 'innocent until proven guilty' when the scales of justice are already...

When HB asked Dr. Rentschler about just 'using common sense', I wish he'd shot back at him that an SUV driving backwards at 24 mph and hitting someone in the arm would cause grave bodily injuries, no testing required to common sense that out.
One other thought, JBC mentioning to the jury 'just...
No kidding; yesterday when Brennen was going through what he wanted disallowed from Dr. Rentschler's power point, saying 'I can live with this', 'this shouldn't be allowed'... and JBC just agreeing with the lot of it. She too knows the CW's case is sunk and is still bending over backwards for...
If HB had listened to her, she said with that head injury he would be deceased within 15 minutes or so, so no way he was lying on a cold lawn in the snow for 1-2 hours before he died. HB just keeps trying to confuse witnesses with unfounded theories and thinks he's 'proving' something.
Her 'instruction' to the jury was just pitiful, not even instructing them to disregard the questioning about it or anything, just that Ms. Hartnet made the cuts. Just ridiculous.
