    I agree. State PD was pretty quick to steer speculation away from Maggie, and this post summarizes why they did rule her out IMO

    I'm a relative rookie to websleuthing, but I think it could be due to Maggie not being in NAMUS? Authorities seem pretty convinced it's not her, but the resemblance is striking.

    Didn't mean to imply that that wasn't the case, of course any other child would be in danger if the person who did this has other children. I still stand by my statement in regards to why the DNA would be done quicker in the situation of the escapees however.

    I've met a lot of Hispanic people with this appearance, pale skin and brown to black hair. I don't believe it's uncommon, but it's a purely anecdotal opinion on my part.

    Yes. There are well maintained trails/roads there. It's a little rocky when you get off those roads, but it's definitely doable
