PHB - you were right. The choking didn't happen that weekend (based on the new article in MSM). Also, thankfully, the baby is out of the PICU. But, they don't know yet if she has lost some or all of her vision from prior head injuries. :(

Not necessarily. I was just thinking all the charges were for the events of the weekend. I may have misread it too! Maybe we'll find out more in MSM.

My "jump" was that he choked her that night when she got home and that's why she didn't take the baby to the hospital. If she left the baby with him if she was choked before that, would/could she be charged with child endangerment?
