Thanks for that video, nice call. It was interesting hearing the background information although it was a touch difficult understanding him at times as he talks fast.
Was reading an article in the papers about OP's first night in the clink, and one commentater wrote that the irony is that now OP very well may wake up and find a burglar in his toilet.
Sleeping in body armour every night must have taken some getting used to, and they can finally use the lavatory with the door shut which must be a relief.
I'm looking forward to Puppet Nation's take on the sentencing.
I just noticed that Puppet Nation, a few weeks ago, had a possible new job lined up for OP :p

Thank goodness OP didn't have a gun handy. He might have been tempted to show the same 'compassion' to the cameraman that he showed to the poor dog he shot. Can you imagine? Pulls his gun out and 'BAM!' "I thought I'd put him out of his misery my lady."
EDIT: Ooops, just realized OZe got that...
I thought the judge smirking with regard Roux's comment quite rude and disrespectful to Nel. She's been biased against Nel and in favour of Roux, who has always been extremely obsequious to her, since the start it appears to me.

Let us not forget, this is the judge that has had to have legal points explained to her during the trial along with things such as 'ricochet' and 'arterial' as she did not know what they were.

Interesting reading what some of the verdict predictions were for this case pre-trial last year:
