Just a question re: Jesse--why was his testimony ("Casey told me") considered heresay and not admitted when Krystal Holloway's "George told me" testimony was not heresay?

Even the alternate juror brought up questions like "why did George -- being former LE -- not call the police immediately after he smelled the car? They brought the car home and proceeded to clean it." He makes a good point, and it sucks that Caylee didn't have better grandparents to stand up...

I have really wondered that myself. I always think "if i were on the jury I would..." however I am sure I will never be on a jury for any major trial because I usually read every detail I can.
