Do we know how the search area was determined so early? I have been wondering if CCTV of the van’s journey would have helped.
My condolences to all of Samantha’s friends and family.
I’m pretty confident that the case will go to trial but ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ may be a challenging hurdle for the prosecution.
Sarah’s testimony (if requested) will be important in this regard... jurors may be influenced by her support for her dad but her behaviour in court this week...

Like many of you I struggle to understand Sarah’s approach. I hope she is getting lots of support from others.
Does anyone know what the criteria is for the magistrate to send the case to trial?
