Nicholas karol-chik sentenced to 45 years. Was facing 35-72 years. Eligible for parole after 33.75 years.

I've been watching the trial - the state already rested last week. So probably not much longer. Interesting trial to follow, they're seeking attempted murder charges on most of the victims who were hit with rocks. Very interested to see how that turns out. It took days to get them through all...

wow I just saw the not guilty verdict. Insanity. I guess if you're going to murder someone, head to Florida. Murdered both his parents and still walking free. I think this is one of those where it seems pretty surely he will murder again...

I mean if you're going to drive your own car to the murder and park right outside, probably a moot point to change your phone activity at that point tbh. He might as well left it on in his pocket, ha.

I'm probably like 8 months behind on this but the way they're arguing for Amazon records absolutely means he bought the knife on there eh? I mean I think this has been assumed for awhile but just seems like they really don't want this to be admissable.

So far Im certainly enjoying this judge over judge judge. I don't have an issue with AT, just doing her job. Honestly, that's good for when/if he is found guilty. One less thing to blame. Anyway, can't wait till August.
