presser said he just moved there from oklahoma for a teaching job. I found someone who appears to have taught 4th and 5th grade in broken arrow, oklahoma with said name. terrifying.

It's referenced in that document there was a hit and run at 11:40pm near his apartment. He also had a screen shot of the jail roster, of who I assume was the person responsible for the hit and run. So it seems he was probably interested in whatever was going on with that, for whatever reason.
