This case is new to me, but I live in Toronto, a few hours drive from Kincardine. A couple of questions maybe some of you can answer. 1. The case states that a coworker entered her house through an unlocked bathroom window so that she could check on her; then isn't how the killer could have...

Yes, I think if he had been taken away by other children, they most certainly would have found them in their search, it was just an interesting point that was brought up in the podcast that I hadn't thought of before.

The latest episode (March 8) brought up some really good points. Could Michael have been taken by other children? Similar to the James Bulger case (where two 10 year olds abducted and killed a 2 year old child).

It's pure speculation, but I don't believe the DNA has been retested. I think in this case, it's pretty straightforward that Dennis Melvin Howe committed this crime. I'd be curious to know if this was a random crime of opportunity or if he had seen her before and targeted her.

At the beginning, when they didn't have any suspects, they focused on GPM because I believe someone leaked that he had mental health issues.

I have a feeling that the police going after GPM wasn't so random. I think somewhere, someone leaked the information that he suffered from schizophrenia and bingo, the police decided that he must of been the one to have committed the crime.

It makes sense that this could have happened. Christine comes home from the store, a husband of her father's work colleague is waiting for her to take her to see her father in jail. She willingly goes with him. At that point in the 80's when people were childproofing their children, there was...

The police should have been bugging his relative's houses and phones, it definitely would have given them some leads.

So the racks from the fridge had been removed. I still find it very odd that nothing was said about her being frozen solid.

    1. The ticket theory is interesting. I'd like to know if they found a ticket booklet in her pocket with the remaining tickets. 2. Extremely eerie. 3. I searched for the exact address but couldn't find anything. An image search found this: Only a few hundred yards from where she died...

We now know that a dollar bill was found in her coat pocket, so I'm surprised this was buried for so long. It's possible that Howe had had his eye on her for a while and approached her with the line of buying tickets for her school function. Her mother may have forgotten all about selling...
