I was thinking maybe he threatened her with a syringe or tried to inject her with something...whatever he was using, make it look like an overdose??- halifax6

Has anyone got any theories regarding these puncture marks?? Seems odd. I don't think splinters from wooden surface would do that. They were found on the bottom of her feet and her buttocks.- halifax6
