Lying to police is a misdemeanor, not a felony. She wasn't found guilt of any felonies.

Ya know, if they find evidence that proves there was witness tampering then they'd be dumb not to think there was possible jury tampering.

I think there was lots of witness tampering. I believe if it comes back that KC was involved in anyway she could be charged with that crime, but I don't know about her being retried. I hope there is something to this story!!!

I think if Casey makes any money most of it will go to paying off potential lawsuits, court fees, etc. I don't think many will pay her for interviews. She's a liar and most aren't going to pay a baby killer(convicted or not) for their story when they probably aren't going to tell the truth...

I think she will be rearrested when she leaves jail this week on charges of where she buried her daughter and maybe neglect of child. I'm sure the DA is working on something...anything to get her on!

I think jurors should be paid better so more people can do jury duty. Had the KC jury had been people who are more of the world(working and exposed to news and current events) the verdict would have been guilty, IMO.

No I think Casey's days with her family are over. I thinks Cindy lives her daughter, but if she came home they know in their heart she is responsible for Caylee's death and they won't be able to get past that with Casey. There will always be questions and they will lead to fights and arguments...
