    Well not many people would lie down in the middle of the road. She was very drunk, crying with possible emotional issues. I don't think we can assume what she would do and I agree that the police have some sort of intelligence that might her place her nearby.

    I guess the police don't come out for every rolling drunk student. This pre-loading to extreme drunkenness is such a dangerous fad. Helicopter parenting doesn't prepare these youngsters to know how to keep themselves safe either.

    With regards to his unseasonal clothing I think he was returning from work having done the afternoon shift.
