Couldn't agree more...thank you Fuskier. Kind of like seeking advice from a 'commercial litigation lawyer' about defamation...pfft...Wonder much? IMO

Did I hear correctly on the morning radio news update? Anybody else hear the way it was said? Immunity has been granted to an accomplice in the Allison Baden Clay case. But then followed by...rumour only of course.

Basically a 'look out' person. But then police could be called in from any direction and not just be travelling from the Indro Station...and police are sometimes in 'unmarked' vehicles. I know when I was in Brookfield yesterday...a small dark hatchback suddenly stuck a police siren on it's...

The owners of Scraps would be the ones who know him/her?? best...what he barks at and the degree of the bark. I think it was written in the media that the dog/dogs from a residence in Anstead were also barking at something during that night in question. They were German Shepherds.

Yes, that's what I was thinking aswell. 'If' OW was already at her Mum and Dad's...it would give both NBC and EBC the opportunity to fully assist GBC. NBC dropped EBC off at the BC residence so she could drive the second car. IMO EBC seems more cold and capable of handling the body of her...

If NBC was indeed seen sitting at the roundabout bustop... IMO it makes perfect sense to me that NBC's role was as a 'spotter'. I doubt he would be much use for anything else going by the footage in this link. 0.25 - clearly shows NBC struggling with the simple task of removing of a box from...

No worries Willough...I myself was confused by it when I was first introduced ...took me awhile to wrap my head around it and now my whole family are addicts...lol. Last holidays we hired a motor home and hunted for caches all along the NSW coastline...and got to visit some amazing places...

Geocaching is a world-wide hunting game by using a handheld GPS...there's millions of caches everywhere...there's probably ones hidden right where you live Willough...lol. Actually we are all going past caches everyday and don't know it. It's basically to encourage people, families, kids to get...

In previous threads...not sure who the poster was sorry...but there was mention of a white van parked with a man wearing gardening gloves??...quite possible that he was just there to look for the cache. Police and SES would've come across the cache during their search of the area...and then...

Hmmmmm...interesting! I had a fellow Geocacher contact me stating that there is a cache hidden in the same location where the body was found. For those who are unfamiliar with Geocaching...it's a real-world outdoor treasure hunting game. Players try to locate hidden containers, called...

I was sent a defamation notice for writing something in my status on the well known 'book' site...those who commented also were sent defamation notices. The persons name wasn't even mentioned!! It cost me $2000 in legal fees...UGH!

Hairdressers - left at 7pm Met GBC for dinner afterwards. Makes sense to me. But...the clothing she was wearing doesn't fit in. I doubt she would've worn those 'walking' clothes out to dinner.

http://www.news.com.au/national/horrific-end-hope-turns-to-heartbreak-as-search-for-killer-begins/story-e6frfkvr-1226343136055 This report states that police have narrowed the phone's location to 150 m and that they are hopeful of finding it. I also read somewhere else that police were given...
