GUILTY TX - Pamela Clark, 45, found murdered, Corpus Christi, 29 Jan 2015

One psychologist recommended he not be tried as an adult, and proscecuters lost their bid to have him evaluated again. http://www.caller.com/news/local-news/crime/prosecutors-want-boy-tried-as-an-adult-in-murder-case_78380113

Was it indicated WHERE on the passenger side floor was the cigarette ash? If a person is driving and smoking and is right handed, it is possible that they could have had the cigarette in their hand while shifting and landed ash on the passenger side close to the gearshift. However, if it was...

That's what I thought originally, which had kept me believing in walkaway for a long time. But then, I swear, somewhere along the line someone produced something (sorry, I obviously don't document all of this as closely as you do but....I was SURE) somebody had said that there was no money...

Hold on. I thought we had been operating under the assumption, for all of this time, that none of his money was 'missing'? Are you saying something else?

I sure don't know of any "followers" on this site, unless you are referring to "following" this case which most of us have been doing for [what in 13 days will be] TEN FULL YEARS. We have discussed and analyzed it in every possible way and we all have our own theories. I don't know if you were...

Well, I have been looking every day for resolution. Prayers to Shane's family. So sad. I just can't help but wonder why it took so long to find him?

Are you saying he should have? I mean, should he have tried to get the information and didn't try? I

Emphasis added. Exactly. We all have the benefit of 20/20 hindsight and it's easy to say that RFG had all of this information and blatantly ignored it and did not prosecute JS due to 'fear' or 'apprehension' that Big, Bad Penn State University would come after him. The reality is that A.) he...

Well, sure. That's what I suspect, also. It just struck me watching it through this time...was that man interviewed by LE? I have been known to grasp at straws before but...it's just a curious thing that I would like to have resolution to coupled with the cigarette smell/ash in the Mini...

I should read more carefully. Went to Amazon and paid $1.99 to watch the Disappeared episode before reading SeekingJana's full post. I have Netflix - could have watched it for free (till 10/15). Watching it again yields nothing new, just makes it all the more frustrating. I am sure we have...

I have felt this way all along. No offense to anyone, but I have been around many couples where one is much more vested in the relationship than the other.

Have to disagree a bit, JJ. I work with people of varying levels of education up to and surpassing the PhD level every day, and many are definitely NOT "exceptionally bright". The ability to study and learn about a particular subject does not make one "exceptionally bright". I don't believe...

It would surprise me greatly if Sandusky personally killed RFG. Sandusky isn't the sharpest tool in the drawer, the possibility that he got RFG in a position to murder him and then exhibited the presence of mind to hide/bury the body is ludicrous.

That's pretty fascinating, if you ask me.
