He is writing a book and says that the proceeds will be going to the victims' families. Personally, I think this is an insult and a way of him of courting the media again.

Judge Grillo will be in charge of proceedings on Thursday, he has also called in Dr Paul Fischer as a witness. He is the doctor who made the original examination and declared that Jahi was brain dead back in December.

Someone posted some photos from the mother's account on a Facebook page. The photos are in black and white, and show as little of Jahi as possible, but IMO she clearly looks dead.
