I know what is with that??? why on earth "wasn't" there a forensic analysis of the tape??? I mean they are using the tape as evidence in court...why wasn't it forensically analysed???? tt IS relevant, the most relevant part of this whole trial!

I agree it's definately a possibility that he dangled her over the balcony, I actually have a feeling it's what was happening when he was telling her to let go...

how can the jury "not" factor his conduct after she died??? I mean, it speaks volumes as to his character, most normal people after knowing that someone has falling to almost certain death from their balcony would "not" act the way he did surely, if it was a pure accident or if he felt she fell...
