Well, he's sure setting himself up for a possible lifetime of misery...all to cover for a drug overdose? Hmmm. And the drugs also hopped up and scratched and bruised him. I just don't think a drug overdose is plausible with what we know at this point.

He's still got people trying to make evidence work in his favor. Or calling into question evidence or ideas that might implicate him. If someone else is involved, at least getting EA would hopefully lead us to anyone else who might be involved, right? I just think he deserves a lot heat and...

I am kind of conflicted about the notion that an altercation took place in the garage. What do you make of the tidbit about HF being at the W Hotel that night? Was he just partying at the club and they know he was there during the crucial hours? Did he stay the night (kinda swanky...). Was it brought up to establish his alibi? I'm not sure what to make of the HF/EA connection...

Wait, exactly where are you getting that HF had more than one phone? Maybe he did, but is this verified? I find it interesting that some are sleuthing a non-sleuthable harder than the only named suspect. :laughing:
