A judge revoked bond today for George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of a Florida teenager in his gated community, and ordered him...
That may be true, but that's not what is reported to have allegedly happened in this case. The force from the FIRST blow knocked GZ down, and Trayvon climbed on top and started slamming his head/beating him. He was able to move his head off the sidewalk before reaching for the gun. What does...
With that said, shouldn't the whole thing have happened where Trayvon lay dying? Afaik, Trayvon and GZ exchanged words, then Trayvon punched GZ so hard that he fell to the ground. Trayvon then got on top of GZ and beat his head on the sidewalk repeatedly. GZ pulled out his gun to stop the...
I believe I referenced the "stories" we have heard in the media. That is what I based my opinion on, and it's the only thing you have to base your opinions on as well.
The injuries are inconsistent with the "stories" that have been told in the press. That cannot be remedied by simply saying "there are injuries."
So what does that tell ME? GZ is lying about the way the whole thing went down. His story should be corroborated by his own injuries, Trayvon's...
I think the debate for some is that there's no evidence of this "great bodily harm", and Trayvon obviously was not even looking for a fight. If there was great bodily harm, or the threat of it, GZ chased down that threat instead of staying in his car.

I would agree with this BUT not one witness has said they saw GZ's head being banged on the cement. So your whole point is rather moot, IMO. Either that, or you are actually bolstering the claim that his head was never banged...
Okay, I understand it was raining off and on, but does anyone think that given the circumstances GZ's blood would be found in the grass or on the cement?
There's something that's just not right. I can't put my finger on it, but Angela Corey apparently did...
Unless the witness is legally blind, her testimony even without glasses may still be useful. Not everyone who wears glasses/contacts is legally blind or even close to it.
Then the can should be dented to some degree, there should be blood on it, something. The can of iced tea was removed from his pocket (on the hoodie), so if there was evidence of this, I'm sure we would know it.

I think this is the most appropriate thread to ask this question, I'm sure someone will let me know if it is not.
Will Zimmerman be subjected to a psych eval as part of this case? Is it something that is routinely done, or will the state/defense have to request it?
