I think they have DNA but I don't think they know who from. SO I don't think the DNA is in a data base or they would be naming a suspect to be looking for. Now it could match other crimes that do not have a suspect.

I am leaning toward 40's, switches jobs a lot if works at all, maybe floats from town to town based on Job, Probably has some past but nothing serious just minor stuff and that is why no DNA on file linked to him and this is probably not his first time doing this. I believe it was a crime of...

they did say it in the beginning and I questioned it and I think someone said that maybe they believe it was internet related. I am still disappointed that the police said no one is in danger.

To be fair to police. It is like searching for a needle in a haystack. especially f this person is a drifter with no family or internet connection. I hope people are checking there property and abandoned buildings. He might be hiding out there. If he was in a car he would have to get gas.

If he is a drifter could it be possible he has been staying there a week or so and that is how he knows the land?

Can any locals tell if it is being reported on the news thee> are they sharing the picture with surrounding towns? I haven't seen this case yet on national news.

I wonder if he has done this before, also if he access to news and knows his picture is out there. Could he have killed himself? to have family around and somebody has to know this guy. hopefully they get his picture out there.

Will they check DNA with other unsolved cases?
