No, it sounds like they snuck out while she slept (she was working nights) and were playing in the car. It's pretty sad, it sounds like they were in the car starting around 11:30am until 3:15pm when they were found dead :(

He wasn't in a car. He was strapped into a car seat in a snowsuit, then left to starve to death inside the home...in a crib. One or both of his parents were there the whole time. It's a really awful case. :(
