I'm all about helping the kids stay together but how can we trust the family members to keep them away from these monsters? Even if it's just phone calls, or letters... they just need to cut off all contact with them. I can't imagine their family not giving in to communication or feeling sorry...

IMO his accent sounds midwestern. I heard, "g'down the hill." The G part sounds like a cut off "go" to me. I hope someone can recognize the POI soon... Everyone, keep your eyes peeled! What happened to these beautiful little girls is heartbreaking. RIP.
