Just got a reply to my inquiry via Ancestry - I had sent a note to someone who had him in their tree. She confirmed today that it's her uncle.

Went to PM Raine about a potential NOK for an Unclaimed, and noticed she's now listed as a "Former Member".

There's a male Tinoco listed in public records at the same address: 821 Crest Dr, Kenner, LA, 70062 There's reason to think he was born 1921, arrived in the 1940s from Costa Rica?.... so Tinoco may be her married name. Small handful of other Tinocos of various ages in Kenner, but no others...
