Found Safe NJ - Thomas Kolding, 15, Mountain Lakes, 30 Oct 2018
I am guessing it is because he couldn't get on an Amtrak train. All people 15+ need an id to ride. The only other way is through jersey like what I assume he did. NJ transit to trenton, riverline to camden, patco into philly - no ID required.- hobokenrun
