I agree. She'll never say a word, but maybe if someone else was involved too they will eventually crack? We can only hope.... What is TH up to these days? Has there been any news on her? This is such a sad case. Over a year, with no clue as to where Kyron is.

It personalizes her and makes her sound more familiar with the jury. A lot of prosecutors will only refer to the defendant as the defendant, to remind the jury that she is accused of a crime. LDB strikes a nice balance of showing her respect, but not being too friendly.

Yuri keeps referring to ICA as Casey and gets corrected to "Miss Anthony".
