CANADA Canada - Michael Dunahee, 4, Victoria, BC, 24 March 1991

I am aware 'Canuckels' is his nickname on the Canucks forum, but had to find his real name to dig deeper. He had quite an active instagram account and posted a whole lot of pics (some fairly personal ones) taken over the last few years. Though his wife's page had many times more (in addition to...

CANADA Canada - Michael Dunahee, 4, Victoria, BC, 24 March 1991

To my (albeit very limited) knowledge of DNA testing, I am of the understanding it is more common (barring extreme examples) to have results within a matter of weeks, and not vice versa (4+months); especially considering the presumed level of urgency and resources available in a case such as...

CANADA Canada - Michael Dunahee, 4, Victoria, BC, 24 March 1991

On August 3rd, in response to an inquiry via Twitter on when the DNA results would be in, the Victoria Police Department said "we won't have the results for a few months, but we'll update when we do." A few months? The sample was taken 3 weeks ago today and yet it will take another "few"...

CANADA Canada - Michael Dunahee, 4, Victoria, BC, 24 March 1991

This man had his DNA taken for testing on July 17 and yet, still no publicly released results. Seems like a very long time to obtain results for such a high profile disappearance. After watching the archived 1991 video news report made 2 months after Michael's disappearance, I find the...

GUILTY Canada - Melissa Richmond, 28, stabbed to death, Winchester, Ont, 24 July 2013

I agree, that's why I'm here; I think this is a great forum and don't want to offend anyone as I'd like to continue to be here and take part. It was not my intention to attack anyone whatsoever. I only wanted to point out the irony in some people's speculation attempting to rule out another's...

GUILTY Canada - Melissa Richmond, 28, stabbed to death, Winchester, Ont, 24 July 2013

You're right, it sounds like I'm saying he's guilty, to which he should be prusumed innocent until the cops can prove otherwise. I have truly have no idea if he is or not, nor did I mean to claim he is. Only wanted to point out what the cops think at the moment. What I should have said...

GUILTY Canada - Melissa Richmond, 28, stabbed to death, Winchester, Ont, 24 July 2013

Correct. It's ironic that some of the newcomers to this thread defending the husband against some of the speculation have done it by using pure speculation themselves. Facts are facts folks. Fact is until he can prove otherwise, the cops think Howard brutally murdered Melissa.

GUILTY Canada - Melissa Richmond, 28, stabbed to death, Winchester, Ont, 24 July 2013

Rightly or wrongly, in cases like these, the spouse and/or last person to see the victim alive are going to be considered a prime suspect right from the onset of a disappearance and/or murder because they are more often than not involved. For this reason, the police would have most likely had...
