Dumb question which may already have been picked up on here - was it dry weather on the day Julia was murdered? I still recall the Helen Bailey/Ian Stewart case where rain played a factor in the evidence. Just, if it wasn't good weather, or raining - was the 'neighbour' (SS) actually out...
Well hello again! I have no idea what made me wonder what the little toad was doing these days whilst residing at HMP, and blow me - he's going to be in the dock charged over Diane. Hooray - we all thought it was fishy four years ago whilst his trial over Helen's murder was going on. Some...
Probably a dumb suggestion. If he was christened/baptised there should be parish records and a lot of old ones are now on line. I still think it's likely to be a pay thing plus a huge stab in the dark/dig through a haystack as to where the event would have taken place.
Has anyone checked out...
Anyone here read the book 'The Help' - or seen the film? We could always ask Minny to bake a 'special' chocolate pie for him on his birthday, just as she did for Hilly? :happydance:

I think maybe I need to step away from here, as our darling Dolly seems to have done, it's almost eating me up trying to find reasons and explanations for everything. It's just so unbearably heartbreaking. x
Minuscule detail really but I suddenly realised that Helen wore her watch on her right wrist - and then found a photo of her at a book signing. Not a good enough photo to add here (that's what I was hunting for, a lovely happy photo of 'our girl' to brighten things up) - but unless the photo has...
I think it is the Royston house, for two reasons.
In the background there's a cane settee, with the same pattern on as the furniture shown on the (sadly faded out but still discernible) sales blurb for the Royston house. Also, on the sales blurb you can see a few wilted plants and there appears...
I've been wondering that as well. After his arrest for Helen's murder possibly? Perhaps they make you shave before taking it? Digital face recognition technology and all that jazz.
