Agreed. The defense opposed their exemption from the rule of sequestration (i.e.,allowing them in the court room) but, strangely, the Prosecution did not. I think that decision (not opposing) has come back to haunt them.

Since KC is the Defendant, she should have complete leway with respect to the defense. Technically, she could be her own lawyer if she so desired and let's not forget SHE is the one facing the needle.
