I maintain my stand. I think the man is profiling as one with some type of personality disorder, which would not be a stretch to see him having a hidden sexual agenda. I don't believe he killed her. I believe someone else did it.

Interesting that the tox results are in just after the weekends lashing on John Tonge... How shocking (tongue in cheek - or should that be tonge in cheek!!!)... So an arrest by tomorrows end... or the police don't have a case to prosecute just yet...

AND... very usually the dark side is only seen when the they believe they have reeled in their intended...DV occurs across socioeconomic groups.

I think you may be right there... that "something isn't right"... I still maintain if there is a parent BC involved in this it is probably the maternal...

Hey Minni don't be too hard on yourself. I will bet my parking card that IF GBC is the murderer, then this man is a sociopath. That's what is so difficult. Individuals with sociopathic tendencies have a very different public persona to their private one. He has no sense of self & is a chameleon...

I think we need to be mindful of transferring our judgements on what is the "right" way to grieve. Whilst I think personally we are observing a family with a very restrained emotional response that alone doesn't make them guilty. My own ex's family behaved and continue to behave much the...

In my opinion what is going on is either: a) he has sociopathic traits or perhaps is a psychopath. [If I were a gambler this is where my money would be] OR b) he is not the one who killed ABC.

Yes, I think I am guilty of being over dramatic. I won't be shocked if he's the man but my hunch is we will all get a bit of a surprise.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. I don't think it was meant negatively. I think this poster was just acknowledging that educational standards for particular positions can change (& in fact do!) over time. I also don't really think we all need to go through an appraisal to have an opinion...

Who had a dry wedding? Possumheart it's really not relevant to the case but if she was a registered psychologist she had to have more study than just a BA majoring in psych. Nowadays a masters is really necessary for career advancement at minimum. I know this because it's my career!

My comments were for those previously unregistered. A BA with a major in psych is something that can be a foundation for further study and experience. But in all it's approx 7 years study/working in a supervised environment.

Sorry but that's not correct. I am a psychologist and no where in Australia can you currently be registered as a psychologist with 3 years study and one year supervision. A masters is required almost everywhere.

Also she may have a BA with a psych major. To be a registered psychologist takes approx 7 years study & a year of supervised work. To practice a ma of psych or a doctorate is needed.
