My point was that the Bosma trial seemed to be a little more cut and dry in terms of evidence of guilt. This trial is all circumstantial, and the jurors have not had the benefit of discussing along the way, as we here have, so it's going to (rightfully) take time. In fact, I'd argue moreso than...

I thought in that case the texts are stored on the service provider's server until they could be delivered. When you turn your phone on, that's when the texts would show up on the record. If the phone is never again turned on, the texts would never show up. ETA We might be saying the same...
