I've always thought it a given that someone has a mental illness if you murder someone or commit serious crimes...

I wonder if they know he was on foot and that was why they stated it was not a hit and run and then able to state it as a deliberate act. He has possibly then went back with a car. He would have had to be quick.

A possibility is that she tripped and injured herself and then someone offered her a lift, but in saying that she would probably just call someone...

Me neither, I think it's possible that's her coming back from a run/walk with her dog which she may have done earlier on that particular day due to the heat and her appts.

If she did different runs, is there a track that she would have more likely selected for the shorter 10km run?
