    The Ramsey case in general

The "garotte" devise has been called everything from a garotte to a boy scout toggle rope. Fibers consistent with what Patsy was wearing were found inside the knots. After Patsy called police she also called numerous friends over- the house was swarming with people and there would be no logical...

    The Ramsey case in general

To make everything fit, the intruder has tremendous access to this house; reading John's pay stubs, fixing pineapple snacks, sitting and writing a 3 page letter on Patsy's pad, etc, while the dog is away and the house alarm is disabled- but he's having to balance on a suitcase in and out a tiny...

    The Ramsey case in general

I don't know if you're new to the case, but I would recommend reading or listening to interviews with the parents. Their attempts to convince that an intruder did it, their thinking that their treatment by detectives is the real crime here, their denial or confusion about half the objects or...

    The Ramsey case in general

This part of the letter drives me the most crazy. It says "you must follow our instructions to the letter" and then the instructions are kind of nonchalant. Call between 8 and 10? Wouldn't a kidnapper want to have a tighter, specific schedule? There's the "tomorrow" issue and also "I advise you...

    The Ramsey case in general

I think the note has a feminine or motherly tone. Quoting from movies may be juvenile, but I think a lot of those are coincidences.

What do you feel was the motivation to have Burke interview with Dr. Phil? Did no one for see the disaster it would be?

I can only assume they thought Burke would come across as harmless / a sweet "kid", a stark contrast to the picture they paint of the cunning, evil, sadistic intruder.

Gilgo Beach LISK Serial Killer, Rex Heuermann, charged with 3 murders, July 2023

The park she is talking about and the area of the preserve it leads into (I'm there at least once a week) is usually busy enough in the daytime that I can't see anyone thinking they can get away with anything there. He may have been looking to mess with someone, freak her out or whatever.

Gilgo Beach LISK Serial Killer, Rex Heuermann, charged with 3 murders, July 2023

Brady Park is too small to hide anything (I'm from the area) but it leads directly into the Massapequa preserve, which is another story.

UT - Gwyneth Paltrow sued over ski collision at Deer Valley Resort in 2016 - trial, March 2023 *GP Not Guilty* #2

Seeking attention for medical issues but also posting vacation photos on social media ziplining and riding camels. Wanted to have it both ways and was so smug about it at trial.

UT - Gwyneth Paltrow sued over ski collision at Deer Valley Resort in 2016 - trial, March 2023 *GP Not Guilty* #2

Breaking political news regarding an indictment will drown Terry out and into instant obscurity.

UT - Gwyneth Paltrow sued over ski collision at Deer Valley Resort in 2016 - trial, March 2023 *GP Not Guilty*

It's shocking, why not just say he's lying at this point? I really hope this jury does the right thing.

UT - Gwyneth Paltrow sued over ski collision at Deer Valley Resort in 2016 - trial, March 2023 *GP Not Guilty*

Terry's lawyers are telling the jury "Terry is still on the mountain" and that he needs GPS to go to the store, after they saw photos of the endless vacations he's been taking around the globe after the accident. I have to wonder if they're angry or laughing.

UT - Gwyneth Paltrow sued over ski collision at Deer Valley Resort in 2016 - trial, March 2023 *GP Not Guilty*

I thought maybe when they collided, and she yelled at him and walked off, he took that as a slight thinking she should have done a song and dance in his honor instead.

UT - Gwyneth Paltrow sued over ski collision at Deer Valley Resort in 2016 - trial, March 2023 *GP Not Guilty*

I think her lawyer should have let him continue with his anti-celebrity conspiracy theory message board ramblings as it establishes a clear "she's a celebrity and deserves to be taken down" frame of mind.

Lies point us to the truth #2

This case and its evidence is an Agatha Christie style Too Many Cooks scenario where nothing is solvable because who can say who did what.
