thanks for the replies. didn't know if it was a legal thing at this point that they could go to SA or not. Sounds like defense can go anytime they have proof of innocence.

I don't believe I could involve myself in a cover up during or after, but I would have a hard time turning my back on my son. It would be a much different relationship, that's for sure, but I would have to be there to love him and support him emotionally as much as I could without compromising...

Thank you for that post. I understand how you feel as I have had a feel to write to her as well. It's a well known fact in Florida at least, that alot of mail to inmates doesn't arrive. They get tossed or lost. I don't believe an attorney can take mail to an inmate. It has to be processed...

I agree with you. You can love the person and HATE their actions. The A's have been in denial and enabling for so long apparently that they don't know any other way. Now it's not up to them, KC will face the consequences the state imposes on her upon conviction.

It seemed a little inappropriate but if your child is hurting (assuming you believe that KC is capable of that), you want to do everything you can to make them feel better. Therefore, GA's plea is understandable if he thinks letters to KC will make her feel better.

I think it would be hard to say how you feel or what you would do unless you have been in the situation that the A's are in. The whole ordeal is so horrific that no one can imagine their feelings. JMO

As evidence it would be available to all involved in the case probably. But to be disclosed in public documentation, I would doubt it. But if those involved in the case have, I can't imagine that someone hasn't leaked it. Everything else in the case has been.
