Yes, I do remember the report of the woman saying she seen it but didn't think twice about it until the story broke. I keep checking the Galveston newspaper, but still can't seem to find any breaking news. There is no telling how long this will take.

Yes, people care. There is a forum under "The Unidentified" and then find where it says child's body found in Galveston . That's where everyone visits and posts comments, that is where I've been. There's lots there!
