This is CJC - Central Justice Center is in Santa Ana. They do all intake there and depending on crime/court dates could send prisoners out to Theo Lacy (Orange) or James Music (Irvine).

That is a different parking lot, that goes to Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park and the line you have drawn in red goes up a small hillside. The parking lot is on the other side by the playground.

I looked at GIS mapping and from what I see, there aren't any major drains in that park. I checked with a Maintenance Coordinator at work, responsible for park maintenance and operation and he told me it was irrigation so water doesn't pool and the dimensions.

Its a drainage pipe for irrigation and around 4 feet deep. He wouldn't have been concealed in it...

It could be possible that RH was texting someone/a few different people at the time LH sent the "Get to work OK?" message and he responded to her with the "Hell Yeah!!" message that was meant for someone else - accidentally and didn't feel like backtracking/explaining was necessary. MOO
