Has anyone seen the info that Sherry Coltrane, the lab tech in the Halbach case, was suspended for being drunk on the job? This apparently happened during the relevant time period of the Avery testing.
There is an article I found by googling it, but I am not sure about the rules on posting links.
I read that a police officer admitted pending the RAV hood after opening the hoods on SA's car and that he did not change gloves in between. If that is true, the Dan could have been transferred by the officer.
How do you know that the key wasn't in the SUV? Coburn could have found the key in the RAV two days before the RAV was officially found and then locked up the RAV and taken the key. In my view, however, it is more likely that one of the brothers or Tadych planted the key in SA's home.
That FBI testing was a joke; there is a reason that test hadn't been done in over ten years and had never been used in court (except the OJ case by consent) - it was not a valid or reliable test.
Tadych could have been making that statement to explain why he had blood on his clothes, just in case blood was found. (E.g., if he had a role in the murder and knew that he may have had blood on his clothes).
I don't believe that he is guilty either. There is a ton of evidence that someone else did it, and someone else (now dead) once confessed to that crime. He was railroaded as well.
But didn't the documentary play a message from Teresa to Steve, saying that she would arrive around 2 or maybe later, and asking him to call her back and confirm? I remember this from the second or third episode.
So, this means that the person who took Jacob potentially tried to abduct other boys after Jacob's abduction? Where was DJH working at this time? In St. Cloud?
