Hi Burblestein, Sonoma County resident since the big bang. It should be noted that the ice arena, and Coddingtown were the ONLY places for young people under 18 to hang out in the '70's. In the early '80's Santa Rosa Plaza was built, which was a true mall as we think of malls today...
Yes, this case is really frustrating, and bizarre. Almost like something deep and dark popped its head up that we all know exist, but don't want to see.
Can you give a little bit of a backstory here?
What law enforcement agency has confirmed these are pictures of Zodiac victims? Do you have any additional information on how these photographs were obtained, and when? I only see one photo, is there more?
Yeah that is kind of true for most of the beaches here. I thought it might be shell beach at first, but I remember there being a concrete slab sitting crooked in a gulch along the path, and I saw it in one of the photos and I'm pretty sure that was at schoolhouse beach. I could be wrong...
It looks a little bit like "School House Beach". Near Bodega Bay. Not 100 percent sure, because all of the beaches along the sonoma coast erode so quickly, and things a re-worked every few years. I'm pretty sure that's it though.
What made you think of the Russian River area? Just curious. The Russian River runs from Ukiah (Lake Mendocino) all the way to Jenner. When I think of the Russian River I generally think of Healdsburg, Guerneville, an Monte Rio.
Let me know what you were thinking about this area.
Not a crime to dis-appear. I'm curious why she is in NAMUS?? If it's true that her geneology matches Jane Doe, does she have a sister? Seems like an awfully large coincidence.
Given those last names are in fact in her family history, I would say this is looking very good for a match. I wasn't able to find much information on her, but I hadn't started digging in either. Good work
