Without the death caps being identified the common link would be suspected but wouldn’t have been confirmed. Blood, stool tests would have been negative for food poisoning pathogens and nothing would be able to be pinned on Erin, though I’m sure it would have been suspected.
I wonder if she...
This is what I think went wrong for Erin.
I don’t think she anticipated that the guests would die (or nearly die) in a way that alerted medical staff. Maybe she’d read something that instead said that people would be unwell and die but the course of illness and then death would be insidious...
This is so implausible to me. Explosive diarrhoea necessitating a stop on the side of the road, but cream pants are intact and, when faced with an actual toilet, doesn’t have further diarrhoea, doesn’t need to clean up a bit more and doesn’t wash her hands 🤮
I’m a bit shocked at the reports of her eye rolling at some of the questions. It’s just incredibly rude.
Compared her to Detective Eppingstall who was courteous to both the prosecution and the defence and who stood up for the full five days he was giving evidence, out of respect for the process.
I have no memory, ever, of buying plates as a family or discussions around plates. I think my family gave us some years ago. Yet - and I’ve just checked - we have accrued more than enough for a family of six. They are all pretty much either white or grey, the grey ones are a set, the white ones...
It could also be remembered from when her daughter was severely constipated - remember how the nasogastric wash out for that was so traumatic (for Erin) that it contributed to her mistrust of the hospital system 🙄😐
The family would have been shown it to work out how constipated the girl was...
Which is where Erin is just being stupid. She’s decided she’s in some sort of battle with Dr Rogers and is being obstreperous and oppositional in order to “win”.
But the jury, in order to agree her narrative is reasonable, need to feel that she’s taken them into their confidence.
Dr Rogers...
No, I think she’s just saying that the meat that had had the mushrooms on it would have had the toxins seep into it. So there is no way she solid have fed it to her children
IIRC when she complained of a 7/10 headache 🙄 in the ambulance the paramedics which analgesia she could have that wouldn’t aggravate a (non existent) liver insult. And intranasal fentanyl was cleared as being ok.
