Last I heard this year the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Department handed the case over too Chief prosecuting attorney, Jeff Getting. However Getting or his office has yet to approve the charging request's from KCSD. It may because they are waiting for the Dalton case to be over with.- jbadger78
