I agree that they botched this and probably won't solve this, although there is a part of me that likes to think they are onto something and are just keeping quiet about it. I doubt that though and, in the end, it is the families that will probably never know who killed their loved ones and why.
I think we're just looking for some light to be shed on this case. It is 18 years old now and no resolution in sight. She could provide some info that could help solve the case. The information we received has aged alot and it is time for some fresh information, maybe some details we haven't...
I am convinced that the killer was a backseat passenger and got in on the driver side back seat and there were probably 2 other people in the front seat, possibly one being the "mastermind". I am also convinced the shooter was nothing more than a hired hand and did not know Liz.
After listening to Sergeant Ritchie and knowing what his clearance rate is and him being a veteran LEO, I took everything he said as gospel. I do believe that this person knew she would be off of work that day and would be home and they knew he would be going to work. They knew approximately...
I'm pretty confident that the driver of the vehicle that parked in front of the store either went in the store or called the shooter from the car, perhaps to tell him there was a cop in the parking lot and they needed to get out quickly. I believe that one of the victims were seriously injured...
We know there were shell casings left behind. There was no CCTV footage from inside the store or on the walkway outside the store. We know CCTV footage from Target caught 2 vehicles pulling up to the LB store at approximately 10:39 and both left abruptly around the time of 911 call.
The TP police have put us (the public) on a need-to-know basis for the last 18 years. They ask us for our help but do not provide us with anything to go on but a sketch that may be right and a snippet from a 911 call with a muffled voice. Why not give us a little more to go on. Are they afraid...
This could be part of the reason there is no arrest yet. What if she is not helping with investigation? What if they are waiting for her to make an ID or something like that. I would like to think she owes it to the 5 families who lost someone to help out. I don't know for sure that she isn't...
I'm hoping she could be a part of this documentary, even if she doesn't give her name or show her face. After all of these years I don't think there is much to lose now. She is the only one who really knows 100% of what happened. If nothing else, I hope this documentary starts to make people...
I applaud Charlie Minn for what he is doing now. As he says, he is not questioning the efforts, but the results. I have been posting here for 12 years saying the same things he is saying now. Is the TP police dept. exhausting all resources. Why not release more of the 911 call? Why not...
Wow, I had no idea he was working on a documentary. He did such a great job with Nightmare in Las Cruces. I am so glad somebody is finally getting some information out. I cannot wait to see it.
Thank you for going above and beyond. I just wish they would try to get this case out to more people. If you follow the Amy Bradley case, there has been so much that has come out since the documentary aired on Netflix. If they did the same thing for this case who knows what would happen.
Sad day here in Clearwater, FL. he was a larger-than-life figure who was always helping someone in need. He will be truly missed here in the bay area, especially at local sporting events.
At this point with this case being IMO no longer solvable, I see nothing to lose by releasing some more information. I do not believe this case will ever be litigated. I hope I am proven wrong, but I have no more hope for this case.
I have many questions if they ever did. For example, did the survivor mention anything about a second person entering the store before the 911 call? Also, what was specifically transpiring during the time he had all victims secured and the 911 call? And many more.
