I have heard rumors(please understand just rumors) that Mr.Vann's brother has said that when the DA offers Mr. Vann a plea deal to avoid the death penalty , he will take it and tell where Rhonda is .

I have to believe they where waiting on DNA evidence from the crime lab. As for the comment earlier about giving Mr. Vann a head start I think the poster meant that if LE tells what evidence they have his defense will have a head start trying to come up with a plausible excuse for said evidence...

Rhonda's dad passed away this morning. It's so sad he died not knowing what happened to his only child.

As per the red truck seen at Rhonda's house the morning she went missing, absolutely true and I am a local with very close ties to the family

Local LE saying nothing, I was told the sheriff said we know just as much as he does TBI not letting him in on anything.

I don't know of another boat , but they are still searching there with divers. I think they have to have some sort of evidence or they wouldn't be concentrating on just the one area.

LV has waived extradition and should be back in Tn. soon .I don't know if he will talk then but he sure isn't talking now.

I was told LV refuses to say anything until he is back in Campbell co. and can speak to his lawyer.
