I don't think she was drugging Gabe with Tylenol. She may have been using something like Benadryl. Unfortunately, some parents use antihistamines to sedate their kids. Too much Tylenol could definitely cause liver damage to an infant, but I think she was using something with more sedative...

In the 7 minute raw video at KPHO, KG is asked about the charges against EJ. He says something to the effect that EJ was "betrayed" by somebody or "set up" by somebody and that if her story is proven, then her sentence should be greatly reduced. This statement makes me point the finger at TPS...

Based on comments recently posted on Gabriel's FB page, it would not surprise me if the letter from JJ is legitimate. Apparently, there were more investigators involved in the case that allegedly received threats from LM's new attorney. It's all very suspicious and mind boggling...

I agree! I mean, what kind of an operation are these Maricopa County people running here? They have botched the case in so many ways it's disgusting! Letting her get away with this is absolutely ridiculous. She should have been drug to court kicking and screaming!!! Who cares about her...

Where was Gabriel when EJ was spotted with the hispanic male and the couple in the parking lot of the motel? Did the witness say that Gabriel was with them?

I agree with this 100%. You would think that if Gabriel were alive and EJ is convicted of murder, then she would say "wait a minute people....he's alive, and here is the proof." Especially if she gets sentenced to death. I say just charge her with murder NOW. Set a trial date and put her away.
